When we first got to the hospital, you weren't sure what to think! 
It's hard to believe that almost 5 months ago you were as little as Danie!!! 
She is so precious! Just perfect! 
You were really checking Danie out! Ya'll will be in the same grade in school. 
We think you approve of Danie.....she's a keeper! (We're so glad you agree....ha)

There's nothing like a sweet newborn baby.... 
For some reason you LOVE to hear the song, "The Itsy Bitsy Spider!" You will smile, laugh, and coo while we sing. Tonight you especially got excited when I sang to you. I told Daddy to get the camera so we could capture your sweet smiles and giggles! You can be fussy or crying(screaming) and stop when we begin singing this song! You have a book about this song and it's your favorite too. You love music, and we love singing to you!! We sing lots of songs, but none get the reaction from you that "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" does........it's our "go to" song when nothing else works!! ha
I think you need something to wear!!! ha I've been buying clothes for you since before you were born! You have some of the sweetest outfits! I love buying outfits for you! 
I love the way your newborn picture turned out once I had it enlarged. We contemplated putting it several places, but decided on hanging it in your bedroom. I love looking at your sweet face! 
I love the way your room is coming together. I wanted something simple and cute. I remember going in your room and looking around, arranging things, rearranging things, etc. before you were born. I would sit in your room and imagine what you were going to look like and what you might be doing in your room one day. You were the best addition to your bedroom....better than anythig that could be bought! I look forward to hearing you play teacher and doctor and cowgirl and all kinds of things in your room one day! 
You were up last night from 2:00 until after 4:00 cooing and smiling and making noises. Your daddy and I tried ignoring you hoping you'd eventually go back to sleep. This morning when it was almost time for me to leave to go to work, you were snoozing away! Your daddy took these pictures and said, "this is what happens when you "party" all night." You were still sleep when Granddaddy got here! 
Well, the doctor said you have a bad cold and the beginning of an ear infection ;o( Looks like we are both under the weather this week! I'm so sorry you are sick. I wish I could take it away! We hope you are feeling better very soon. The doctor said it could take up to a week before you feel like yourself again! We give you breathing treatments about every 4 hours and Tylenol to help your thoaght feel better. I knew you were going to get sick at some point, but it still makes me sad to see you sick! We love you and pray you get well soon!!!!

You look so satisified in this last picture! The cereal was very messy. You had it running down your tummy, under your neck, and even running down your back! We put you in the tub right after this picture was made. We hope you are full and content (maybe you'll sleep like a "baby" tonight!! ha)
